This screw pump can be used for conveying neutral or corrosive liquid, clean or abrasive liquids, containing gas or easy produce bubbles liquids, high viscosity and low viscosity liquids, including contain fiber and solid material liquids. Mainly used in food industry, textile, papermaking, oil, chemical, and alkali, salt, shipbuilding, construction, nuclear industry, metallurgy and mining industry etc.

Single screw pump is a kind of closed screw pump, is rotor displacement pump. Main working parts consist of double-end spiral cavity stator and signle end spiral screw---rotor inner the stator hole. When the input shaft is doing planet rotation through universal driving rotor around stator, stator - rotor will continuously mesh to form closed cavity, and the closed cavity volume invariably uniform axial rotation, transfer medium from the inhaled end through stator –rotor to exhaust end, inhaled closed cavity media flow stator without being stirred and broken. Therefore, it can deliver containing hard wear impurity and solid particles media and viscous liquids.
