summary
PWF type anti-corrosion sewage pump can transfer temperature below 80℃ with acid and alkaline or other corrosive sewage, widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries. Its performance: flow Q is 10~125m3 / h, Head H is 10 ~ 18m, flow components materials are ZG1Cr18Ni9 and HT200 two types. Product characteristics: PWF type pump is single stage, single suction cantilever anti-corrosion centrifugal sewage pump. The suction inlet pump is horizontal axis, suction oulet can be installed into horizontal or vertical direction according to requirements.
features
PWF type pump structure as shown, it mainly consists of pump cover (1), pump casing(2), impeller (3), shaft seal (4), shaft (5) and support (6) and other components. Shaft seal adopts new double ends mechanical seal structure types. Pump and motor installed in common chassis, through flexible coupling directly driven by motor. Look from the motor, pump should rotate clockwise.

Excluding solid particles corrosive liquid, strong acid, strong alkali, ethanol, bleach, photography, nitric acid, muriatic acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide, acetone, four oxygen ethane, sea water, salt water and so on.
