introduction
Single screw pump is a new pump according to turning meshing volumetric working principle, mainly working parts is eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushings (stator)
Because the two parts special geometric shape, respectively form individual sealing chamber, medium is axial uniform flowing, internal flow is slow, capacity remains constant, stabilize pressure, therefore won't produce vortices and agitation. Each stage pump output pressure is 0.6 Mpa, head 60m (clean water), self-suction height generally is 6m, suitable for transmitting medium below 80 degrees (special request can reach 150 ° c).
Because the stator select a variety of elastic material, so this pump has other pumps incapable characteristics to convey high viscosity fluid and contain rigid suspension particle dielectric or contain fiber medium. The flow is in proportion to rotate speed.
Transmission can use coupling directly transmitting, or using speed regulating motor drive, v-belts, gear box and other device speed changing. Few parts, compact structure, small volume, convenient maintenance, stator and rotor is the pump wearing parts, simple structure, convenient assembly.
