ZA series oil chemical process pumps
introduction
ZA type oil chemical process pump is horizontal single stage single suction cantilever structure, introduced Swiss company technology to produce, it is suitable for conveying clean or contain grain, low temperature, high temperature liquid. Suitable for conveying neutral or corrosive liquid, including all kinds of temperature and concentration sodium hydroxide and alkaline solution, etc, all sorts of acid salt solution and the solution of the salt solution, liquid petroleum chemical products, organic compounds and other corrosive materials and products. ZA type pump is mainly used in oil refinery and petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and cryogenic engineering, papermaking, sugar industry and seawater desalination engineering etc.
performance scope
flow can reach 2600m³/h； head can reach 250m； working pressure can reach 2.5MPa； working temperature Ｔ-80℃～+450℃；diameter φ25～400mm。
structure
ZA series petrochemical process pump is single stage single suction cantilever open structure, so when overhauling pump, it needn't to disassembly inhaling and exhaling pipeline, after detaching the cover can pumping suspension and rotor from the pump body, so the repair work is very convenient. Impeller back cover plate has sealing ring, basically can balance axial force, the residual unbalance force is borne by thrust bearing. Bearing is oil lubrication oil ball bearing, oil ring raise oil and can automatically control the oil level, when working temperature below 250℃, suspension without cooling, when working temperature above 250℃～450℃, the suspension can be cooled by air or water. According to different situations, part pumps is double pump volute structure, rest are single volute structure. Shaft seal can use packing seal, also can use single or double mechanical seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealant liquid systems. Directly driven by motor and using couplings to connect with motor.
